Common questions

Questions, answered plainly

What people ask before opening an account, and the answers an analyst would give you on a call.

Is Trustendic legitimate? What you can check yourself

Is Trustendic a scam?

No, but do not take our word for it. Before depositing, check three things: where client money is held, whether a payout returns to the method you paid with, and whether every cost is named before you confirm. All three are answered on this page, and you can hold us to them.

Is my money safe with Trustendic?

Client deposits sit separately from company funds with regulated payment partners, so they are never used to run the business. That does not remove market risk, a position can lose value, and no honest platform will claim otherwise.

Can I withdraw whenever I want?

Yes. A payout returns to the same method you deposited with, normally within one business day once identity checks clear. You do not need to explain why you are withdrawing.

Is Trustendic regulated?

Orders are routed through partners operating under CIRO and OSC rules for Canadian clients. Ask your analyst for the licence details before you deposit, any licence can be verified in the public register yourself.

What is the catch, how does Trustendic earn?

From a commission on completed trades and from paid training, and nothing else. We take no share of your deposit and do not earn when a position loses. Every commission is shown before you confirm.

Withdrawal time and process in Canada

How much money do I need to start investing?

You can open an account with as little as C$350, our minimum deposit. It is kept deliberately low so you can start small and add more once you are comfortable.

How long does it take to withdraw profits?

Withdrawal requests are processed on business days and return to the method you deposited with. E-wallets and cards are usually faster than a bank transfer.

What happens to my money if markets crash?

Your portfolio can lose value, like any investment exposed to volatility. Your analyst can adjust asset allocation to reduce risk, but no platform can remove market risk entirely.

Can I withdraw all my money anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in period. You can request a full withdrawal at any time, back to your original deposit method.

Account verification documents needed

What documents do I need to verify my account?

A government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

Is my money kept separate from the company?

Yes. Client deposits are held with regulated payment partners, separate from company funds, and are never used to run the business.

How do I sign in to my Trustendic login?

Use the email and password from registration on the sign-in page. Two-factor authentication adds a second check, and a reset link is available if you forget your password.

Do I need any trading experience to start?

No. Most members start with none. A demo account lets you practise with real signals before you commit real money.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the capital you invest. The value of your portfolio can go down as well as up, and you may receive back less than you originally deposited. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
